Carmen Kelley Glenn was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio, where she became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated. She also earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. Carmen is a current member of the Indiana #3 Chapter of Go On Girl Book Club, Inc.

Her first novel, Overdrive, was released in 2006 and it was the first novel in the series written by this author. The first sequel of the series, Ambition, was released in 2007. The second sequel, Office Gossip, was released in 2009. Carmen looks forward to releasing her latest title, Glass Houses, in 2011.

Carmen currently lives in Indianapolis, Indiana with her husband and two children.
